A 25 year old man comes to the surgery complaining of a painful, photophobic, red right eye for the previous 4 days. The right eye is slightly watery but he denies any discharge. On examination he sees 6/9 right 6/5 left. The right pupil is slightly irregular and reacts poorly to light.

I think it is acute glaucoma and not iridiocyclitis because
1- his eye is just watery ,there is no pus
2- his irus is irregula and not myotic
I would've said it is conjuctivitis but in this case there would not be changes in the irus.
so what is the correct answer?
