A 12 year-old girl with a childhood history of asthma complained of cough,dyspnea, and wheezing after visiting a riding stable. Her symptoms become so severe that her parent brought her to ER. physical examination revealed diaphoresis,dyspnea,tachycardia,and tachypnea. Her respiratory rate was 42/min , pulse rate was 110 beats per minute, and blood pressure was 132/65 mm Hg.
what is the most appropriate drug to rapidly reverse bronchoconstriction؟
