hi
I didn't really know the whole answers
2- f
3-a
4-e
5-b
regarding hemolysis its important to determine direct or indirect bilirubin
what about infiltrative liver disease

olive

Thanks olive for the correct answers. You are right; with hemolysis the determination of the elevated type of bililrubin is essential. I'm so sorry for the error in number 1: it is not (direct 2.3); the correction is (indirect 2.3) and is colored in green.

Regarding "infiltrative liver diseases" it may be a confusing term. This group may include infiltrating tumor and granulomatas, especially those involving intrahepatic bilialry ducts such as cholangiocarcinoma.
Liver panel may show ALP elevation with normal other tests. So 6 is d.

Thank you again, and sorry for any inconvenience.

a 3
b 5
c 1
d 6
e 4
f 2
