1- مريض اكبر من 50 سنو او اصغر من 10 سنوات
2- حرق جزئي او كامل السماكة واكبر من 20% من مساحة سطح الجسم
3-اصابة مناطق متخصصة بالجسم كالمفاصل والوجه مثلا
4- حرق كامل السماكة و اكبر من 5% من مساحة سطح الجسم
5-استنشاق مهم او حرق كهربائي او كيميائي
6- حرق مع ترافق باذية رضية او اصابات مهمة قبل الحرق
7-مرضى يتطلبون دعم عاطفي او اجتماعي او تأهيلي على المدى الطويل
