and i found the best way for CNS physiology is to study it in form of questions from life

Now first of all

we can simplify the revision by saying

How do I use my motor area when i want to be in a writing position ?

to put my hand in the position of writing i will use
1.my precentral gyrus = area 4 = primary motor area

but to put my body -joints , shoulder , arms in the right position for writing i will use :
1.the 1ry motor area to intitiate it ( start )
2. motor assosication area to co-oridnate it

Now in this motor assoication area we have 4 important areas
two are clear here : the broca's area and frontal eye field area

You notice a person cant pronounce a whole word co-ordinately even small words like yes and no ?

Cutting the broca's area=word formation area ( responsible for muscles of articulation ) doesnt prevent person from vocalizing but it does make it IMPOSSIBLE for person to speak a whole word cuz to speak u need to use ur articulation muscles

so even if he knows the word he cant pronounce it well due to defect in muscle control

this is dysarthria
the art of word formation ( broca ) that works on articulation muscles

You notice a person cant blink ( ) and cant move his eyes towards different objects ?

voluntary eye field cutting makes eye tend to look on specific objects rather than vol. movement of the eyes again due to loss of this area's control over ocular muscles that control this eye deviation movement to both sides
