I think that the answer is :

For community aquired pneumonia :

mild - moderate : Amoxicillin 500mg-1g/8h PO . or ,if allergic to Penicillin, Erythromycin 500 mg/6h PO .

Severe : Co-amoxiclav(Augmentin)IV or cephalosporin IV (e.g Cefuroxime 1.5g/8h IV ) and Erythromycin 1g/6h IV .

If atypical suspected : Erythromycin 500mg/6h PO

For hospital aquired pneumonia :

Cefuroxime 1.5 g/8h IV

For aspiration pneumonia :

Cefuroxime 1.5g/8h IV + Metronidazole 500mg/8h IV
