as we know , the most common cancer of bladder is TCC
what is the risk factor for SCC of bladder ?

and the reason of Hemorrhagic Cystitis is a one of the metabolites of cyclophosphamide which voids through the bladder
so we advice the patients who take it to void their bladder frequently and to drink a lot quantity of water

the measures u mentioned usually suffice 2 prvent Cyclophosphamide induced bladder toxicity. But also there's a drug that reacts with the urotoxic metabolites inorder 2 decrese their toxicity.
it's Mesna: some (not all) recommened it. also used with Ifosfamide for the same reason
