الأول من اليمين الـsimple هو الكسر العادي, الغير متبدّل والغير مفتوح >> حيث يبقى الجلد سليماً.
*An uncomplicated closed fracture in which the fractured ends of the bone do not break the skin.
*A simple fracture is a crack or break in a bone that does not pierce the skin.
*Fracture in which the bone breaks cleanly, but does not penetrate the skin; sometimes called a closed fracture.

والأخير الـgreenstick أعتقد أننا نسميه "الشعر"..لا يكون العظم كلّه مكسور (أي مكسور من طرف واحد فقط) incomplete
