Hi Guys
I need a help, if any one know a good information resourse about monoclonal antibodies and their role in treatment of cancer , on line book , we site .I would be thankful alot

also Mabs r used nt only in cancer but also in other diseases...
e.g. anti-TNF agents (inflixmab, Adalimumab, Certolizumab) used in RA, crhon....
Rituximab in SLE
the benifit of these drugs is more obvious with benign disease than cancerous ones
remember the suffix mab when u see a new drug, it's usually one of this group which is devloping widely, and many new agents r added 2 the list
