2 and 3 cause an increase in peripheral resistance, since 2 increases the viscosity of the blood
4 causes a decrease in blood pressure
5 may cause an increased blood pressure, but i have no idea about its effect on the peripheral resistance.

iwould go for a combination of 4 +5 as an answer

This question relates to the formula P=CO*R
If there is a decrease in R and no other changes are occurring, blood pressure will decrease (answer 4)
The only way to prevent a decrease in blood pressure if R decreases is to have a raise in CO
This is what occurs during exercise as skeletal muscle vessels dilate, the increase in CO prevent a drop in blood pressure .
In answers A,B,C there will be an increase in resistance .
