The Syrian Center for Tobacco Studies (SCTS), in partnership with University of Aleppo-Syria, University of Memphis, American University of Beirut, and Virginia Commonwealth University, are pleased to announce their Summer Program for Tobacco Control Research
This week-long tobacco control research-oriented course is designed to meet the needs of a wide range of health-related professionals and will focus on methods of tobacco control research that are relevant to the epidemic in the Arab region.
The course will be held in University of Aleppo, Syria-Faculty of Medicine during July 13-17, 2008.
Tuition will be free for all course participants, fellowship program is also available.

Dear Mohamad,
If you have the interest, you could definitely attend the programme. Although most attendees might be postgraduates, enthusiastic under-graduates are also welcomed. Just be aware of booking your placement early, if interested. |
