1- فتحة الابهر بمستوى الصدرية 12 (Aortic hiatus -كلمة فيها 12 حرف )
2- المري : بمستوى الصدرية 10 (Oesophagus- كلمة بها 10 احرف)
3-الوريد الاجوف : بمستوى الصدرية 8 (Vena cava - كلمة بها 8 احرف)

why when they strangle someone they put the rope around C3-4-5 ?
becuase if they cut the phrenic ( C3-4-5) ,they cut the nerve supply to diaphragm --- death
in an ER if u receive pt with a stab or bullet below the nipple u have to consider diaphragm injury unless proven otherwise
since the arching dome of diaphragm can reach 5th rib
-so if some1 is attacked somewhere he can kill someone by a stab to chest at the level of 5th rib or a lil above if u can count it from the angle of louis -
Also hiccups ( hazo2a ) is caused by the spasmodic contraction of the diaphragm
there are endless life-relating points for the diaphragm
its really a very enjoyable muscle to read about
