الوصف الكامل Background: 

29 yo F presents with several episodes of
bilateral bandlike throbbing pain in her
frontal-occipital region that last between
30 minutes and a few hours. She usually
experiences these episodes when she is either
tired or under stress. She denies any
associated nausea, vomiting, phonophobia,
photophobia, or aura. She also feels pain
and stiffness in her neck and shoulder
VS: Afebrile, P 70, BP 120/80, RR

u described 2 qualities of pain????
although u didn't tell about the length of her hx (since how she has those episodes) but it seems the hx is chronic.
also u should tell if this headache causes disability or not
ddx:
tension headache
analgesic dependent headache (u didn't tell us about drug hx or PMH?)
referred headche from facial structures. unlikely as her exam is WNL
migrane and tension may occur in the same pt
carvical spine causes (unlikely in her age besides it's possible see occipital or nuchal soreness in tension headache.
