Dyshidrotic eczema

It's a type of chronic, recurrent vesicular dermatits which usually involves the hands. but it may involve feet only or both hands & feet
no specific cause is known, but many are suspected
don't think sweat glands are involved, it's just an old name
Rx is nonspecific and usually depends on topical corticosteroids
