Yes, it's capillary hemangioma (strawberry tumor).
Most of this tumors have a growth phase, then an involution phase and regress completely by age 5-7 yrs. If not regress or cause functional deformity, treatment is required..
In this case we fear Amblyopia if the lesion enlarges more, and then prompt therapy is required.

CT brain is not needed in capillary hemangiomas, but it ll be so with some vascular malformations (port wine stain) When the lesion is involving the distribution of V1 branch of 5th nerve (sturge weber syndrome) and also ophthalmic consultation is required here b\o associated retinal anomalies..

Treatment options are varied according to many factors (e.g. place, size, physician experience……….), include: Laser, surgical resection, embolization, cryotherapy, steroids, radiation...
By the way, there is a rare, dangerous complication associate large hemangiomas, do u know it?

it's Kasabach Merritt phenomenon which results from large, deep, rapidly growing hemangiomas. it's characterized by anemia, thrombocytopenia,& coagulopathy.
it requires aggresive treatment and carries a significant mortality rate.
In the other hand, ulceration is a common complication for hemangiomas and cause minimal bleeding.
