انحراف محور القلب إلى الأيمن Right Axis Deviation

For those who want an easy way

Get a paper
Draw a plus
Make the direction of the horizontal line towards ur right
( put the tip of the arrow to right and put plus over it )
so now horizontal is right +ve and left -ve

now make the direction of the vertical plus downwards
( put the tip of the arrow to down and put plus over it )
so now vertical is upper +ve and lower -ve

so now name the vertical aVF and the horizontal Lead I

Okay now see how

u get the ECG , you search for QRS in lead I and VF

ur aim from this is to see the deflection of QRS ,

if its +ve you color the +ve side of the arrow , if -ve color the -ve side and haloma jarra ..

before we start consider this :

normal axis location : -30 to +90

LAD ( left axis deviation ) = -30 to -90 degree

RAD ( right axis deviation ) = +90 to +/- 180 degree

EAD ( exterme axis deviation = -90 to +180 to degree

Lead I QRS +ve ---- right side of horizontal arrow

Lead VF QRS +ve ---- lower side of vertical arrow

am now in 0 to + 90 quarter = 100 % normal axis

Lead I -ve QRS--left side of horizontal arrow

Lead aVF +ve QRS---lower side of vertical arrow

am now in +90 to +/-180 degree

= RAD 100 %

Lead I QRS +ve --- right side of horizontal arrow

Lead VF QRS -ve --- upper side of vertical arrow

am now in 0 to + 90 degree

i cant say LAD till i see Lead II

so i see Lead II if -ve QRS --- so 100 % LAD

if it was + LEAD II QRS = normal

here its LAD

* why do i have to check lead II in case of LAD ?

cuz ur arrow is in between 0 and -90

and normal axis is -30 to +90 degree

so maybe the arrow in between -30 and 0 = normal

corrected below it but just to confirm
am now in 0 to -90 degree

now lead I is -veQRS = left side of horizontal arrow
Lead aVF is +ve QRS = lower side of vertical arrow
so now am in +90 to +/-180
so RAD

Lead I +ve QRS = right side of horizontal arrow
Lead VF -ve QRS = upper side of vertical line
so now am in 0 to -90 degree
i have to check lead II
lead two is -ve QRS = LAD
