Fetal heart tomes are not heard by handheld Doppler. Transvaginal US reveals intrauterine fetus without fetal cardiac activuty.
the patient hasn't had any bleeding or cramping and otherwise feels fine.
A plevic exam reveals a closed cervix without any signs of bleeding or products of conception.

What is the most likely diagnosis?
